KidActive is a Certified Family Home Preschool/Daycare. We are licensed to care for up to 16 children at a time. We intentionally keep adult-to-child ratios low to ensure quality learning and fun can be had by all.

The teachers at KidActive make every effort to maintain a stable fun environment with different fun experiences provided each day. Each child will have a day of choices and fun experiences that will help to boost their confidence and independence.
Healthy Meals
KidActive provides healthy meal options, following the USDA food guidelines. We participate in the USDA food program and get inspected to ensure we are following their guidelines every three to four months.
We provide healthy breakfast options starting at 7:15 and finish breakfast by 8:15.
Meet Miss Sonya
Miss Sonya is Head teacher and owner of KidActive. She loves to play games, draw, paint, build structures with all types of building blocks, and is an expert fort builder.
Taking the time to listen to each child and comfort them if they need it is also very important as well.
Miss Sonya developes and implements all of the curriculum plans at Kidactive with the help of her very capable and caring assistant teachers.
Miss Sonya has been caring for children in a preschool/daycare setting since 2012; is a level 10 in ORO, and also has a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.
Meet Miss sadie
Miss Sadie is a very talented young teacher that shines with her students. She has a natural affinity for children and an uncanny ability to make any child feel at home in our school family. Miss Sadie is on-site all day working along side Miss Sonya to create a strong learning team.
Our other wonderful assistant teachers
We also have on site each day, Miss Emily who comes at 8 am and stays until nap time. She is sweet and kind. She loves to read to the children and help them learn new skills. Miss Emily is a wonderful hard-working teacher that shows how much she cares.
Miss Jordyn is a student from Willamette Highschool. She is fully qualified to be here and to assist in teaching and interacting with the children in our care. She is soft spoken, fun and creative. Her games take the children on adventures all over the playground and add a ton of fun to their day. Miss Jordyn is here in the afternoon after nap time until closing.
All the teachers and assistants employed by KidActive Preschool & Daycare have all the qualifications to work with small children - per early learning licensing. Everyone on site has had a background check if required by law, is CPR trained and has had all required trainings to care for young children.
